Lots of fun!
My son received this Go kart as a gift from Santa. He has rode it pretty much everyday since we got it. He has an absolute blast on it! He is working on turning it into his very own Mario kart. He did manage to break the seat belt because it fell and hit the ground when he was test riding it. Not necessarily the makers fault. I have rode it as well and considering buying a second so we can ride around together. It’s a speedy little kart and a lot of fun for the whole family. It is made of good quality materials and is definitely worth the money so far.

STUPID too short VELCRO straps supposed to hold the hoverboard on while riding... That's dumb
ABSOLUTELY fun You only get 4 ⭐ bcuz of the HORRIBLE DESIGN for straps. You put kids lives in danger by trusting tiny short VELCRO straps to hold it to hoverboard. That's very STUPID.

Due to poor design, it wasnt made to last long.
Loved the idea of such fun cart. Was difficult for a momma to put together alone, as there were no instructions on how to assemble the steering wheel, or any other parts after it came out of the box. After 1 day of riding it, the cables came loose and started dragging. Was not worth $500 spent.

My stepson loves it
Bought it for my stepson for Christmas and he loves it. It is heavy, but that it a good thing. It is super fast, depending on the hoverboard used. My stepson rides in the backyard, and although his current hoverboard is fast, it is not really an all terrain hoverboard, so he doesn't have much ground clearance. Still, great buy for the money.

Never Received Refund
I bought two of these about a week apart from eachother, the first one the brakes are messed up, only the left brake works so when my son presses the brake he swerves hard left, the right brake could probably be tightened but it should come out of the box in working condition, I shouldn't have to fix something (i paid this much for) straight out of the box. It is fun and a good idea, everything else works fine, but it's not worth the price, i would value this at $200, going over the materials used and the construction, I can not find why the price is so high, maybe if they included a hoverboard it'd be worth it, you could get an electric and/or gas powered go-kart for this price. For these reasons I didn't open the second one when i received it a week later, a couple weeks later when i finally had the time a loaded this big thing into my car and took it to UPS to return it to Amazon, that was 3 weeks ago and i still haven't got a refund, i would return the one i still have if i still had the box, but then again who knows if I'd ever get the refund, so far I'm already out $412 after tax for the one i sent back and still haven't been refunded (this is an Amazon issue, not a product issue), so I'll just keep the first one and try to fix the brakes. Overall all conclusion: it's a good and fun idea, but not worth the money, yet my12 year old son does have fun with it, my 7 year old son doesn't use it cause the brake issue scares him, I can not say whether or not i recommend since i haven't experienced the product how it's meant to be experienced with working brakes even though i find the price high, but it is in the right price range for products in this category, all i have is my experience to give you, thank you for reading my long review

excellent product
I am so happy to purchase this Hyper go go go kart kit for my nephew birthday gift.He is so excited to receive this gift because he can use his hover board to control this kit .when his dad taught him how to ride the kit ,he couldn’t wait to try. He is a smart boy. He can control it very well after 30 minutes. The kit is very easy to put on and take off . It also come with nice helmet in this package which is so nice to the customers. Good quality!

Great idea with a few deal breakers
We bought one of these along with a new separate hoverboard as a Christmas present. Our goal was: 1 To upgrade for something fun to ride around the neighborhood from the existing go-kart we had (a Razor Ground Force Drifter). 2 Hope was to have similar performance, but with a smoother ride and a much improved style. 3 Had to stay electric (no gas engine carts) to keep neighborhood from hunting us down. Good: 1 Packaging, shipping were spot on. No issues with anything as received. 2 Styling was really great, just like the pictures (we had the gray) and we'd purchased a gray hoverboard so the look was awesome. 3 Helmet and goggles the came with it were a real hit with our son. 4 Installation was a breeze as advertised. 5 Adjustability for height was great; I'm 5'9" and my son is 5'1" and both could fit very comfortably with room to grow the cart frame for taller riders. 6 Ride was smooth thanks to the shock absorber design. Bad: 1 It was much heavier than I expected, nearly 50 lbs without including the hoverboard. We had a hoverboard that was about 30 lbs so that made the total cart weight pretty heavy if you were trying to load it into a SUV for transport. 2 The accelerator pedal was very unresponsive. You had to push almost to the full extent before you'd start to move without much modulation. Deal-breakers: 1 Top speed was just not good enough. The previous cart worked at speeds up to 12mph, so that was the baseline speed comparison. Admittedly we did not buy a hoverboard with a high enough speed (7mph) but in researching an alternative the max hoverboard speed I found was only 12mph, and that was for a $400 hoverboard in addition to this cart attachment and without trying to push around this 50 lb cart plus the rider weight. 2 Top speed aside the next problem is acceleration. No one wants to creep away when you step on the gas pedal. Unfortunately one of the major design characteristics of hoverboards is a slow steady acceleration from a stop (a safety feature so you don't get thrown off the back) and so this slow steady acceleration is carried over when used as a cart propulsion. On the previous cart (albeit with low traction drifter wheels) you could actually spin out sometimes at the start. 3 Uneven acceleration was a major problem. There is a basic design issue with the quick start lever that when used, the lever only actually pushes down on one side of the hoverboard. The result is that the hoverboard thinks you're trying to push faster on the right side than the left and so it keeps trying to make a left turn. When traveling down the street you end up with crab-style steering and you have to counter-steer with the steering wheel to get the cart to drive straight. I certainly wouldn't recommend this to anyone with a hoverboard with top speed less than 10mph. Anything less than that will feel like you're creeping. But even if you have one of those already and just want this cart attachment you'll still have to contend with the uneven acceleration issue from the quick start bar and the lackluster acceleration from zero speed. It just feels like a great cart design with a completely challenged hoverboard propulsion system that for us just didn't work out. We ended up returning the cart and were sad it just didn't work out.

This go kart goes from adult size to kids size with the flick of 2 knobs that extend the cart length. If you already own a hoverboard I'd recommend everyone who owns a decent powerful hoverboard to get this for their kids. My son and daughter had endless hours of fun on this thing. It's still working perfect like the day it was bought. Awesome disc brakes and sturdy durable parts. I wish I had this when I was a kid. Lol good thing it fits adult sizes for the kid in us all.
