The ports boss, the ports!
There are four really good reasons we really wound up liking this hub:1) The build quality is very nice. A nice aluminum enclosure, a solid USB tail with good shielding and it blends quite nicely with Mac computers and PCs alike. There is a little more weight to it than we'd normally like when it comes to keeping your portable rig light, but it feels solid.2) The amount of ports is perfect for a laptop. Sure, it can be used on a PC as well, but this bad boy was really meant for a laptop, giving you everything you need to break it out into a full workstation. We also liked the fact that they give you two SD card slots, which makes this great for photographers and transfer data between cards while on the go. They don't leave the micro out, as there is one (no need for two for micro, so that makes sense).3) The ability to push 4K at all is a helpful add (assuming your laptop can support monitors on USB-C). Given, the HDMI port is only 1.4, so its 4K@30. If you want the best performance, I'd recommend sticking to 1080p@60, but that comes down to user preference.4) The price is pretty competitive for what all it offers. In fact, our only complaint was the few USB 2.0 inputs, which feels a bit outdated. They should have pushed for 4x USB3.0. It may be a limitation in power as the nicer/larger hubs/stations typically require wall-power, so if so, that would explain a lot. Still, USB 3.0 across the board would have been nice. At least the average laptop setup usually only needs a few extra USB-ports (except for Mac who likes to cut everything out and force it to external on some of their models).**If you have found our review helpful, please vote it as helpful below so we know. The All-in-One Hub for Sure!
The funniest thing when having this thing in hand is the hilarious amount of ports it has and could fit in. Anymore and it would be a grater. I mean they pretty much thought of everything, even down to the audio jack right next to the chord. I really appreciate the small details, such as the slot for the MicroSD card when you don't have the SD card adapter. There's the USB-C jack that can charge, which is really handy. I don't use the Ethernet and VGA jacks, but I appreciate that it's there when I visit a hotel from the 1990s. And it has 5 USB jacks, which is awesome. The transmission speeds of all the data ports are pretty fast. I don't have the exact numbers, but there are other reviews you can check for that. And it is small and portable for you to throw into your backpack to use while traveling. Now that I have this hub, I don't think I'll need another again to be honest. And I saved a bunch of money over getting something like the Microsoft Surface Dock 2, since I use the MS Surface Laptop 3.But here are some nitpicks for the manufacturer for version 2: No one uses USB version 2 anymore, so why can't we just have all 5 USB 3.0? I mean, the ONLY thing we use version 2.0 is for keyboards and mice, so at the very least it should be 3 of the USB 3.0 and just 2 for the USB 2.0. And since 3.0 is backwards compatible, there shouldn't be a need for 2.0 any longer. I guess it's just a cost-cutting move. Other than that, I'm very happy. Two even smaller nitpicks is since I use this for my laptop, I wish it had a longer chord so when I'm using it on my laptop, it would have more room to stay put somewhere, and I wish it came in Rose Gold also to match my fantabulous Sandstone-colored Surface Laptop.

Add many useful connections.
Received the product the day after I bought it. Smaller than I expected, and tried to use my USB keyboard, mouse and two SD cards immediately, this device makes my work easier at once. Transfer speed of the two cards is pretty fast, for me, a super camera user, it is really convenient, reducing the waiting time for reading the card one by one. Also it has great HDMI transmission. I tried connecting to my TV via HDMI, it easily mirrored the laptop screen to a large monitor. Furthermore, the device made it possible to stream HD movies. Connected to a stereo and tried to stream Frozen at home with kids. We enjoyed a movies with good picture quality, no distortion, no delay(Of course, this also requires your cable and your TV support high resolution). I haven't used VGA yet, but it's definitely a good preparation for some old equipment. In general, it can meet most the requirements of home or office, and is relatively small and easy to carry. So it's a good choice for everyone who often needs different connections.

Excellent hub!
This powerful 13 in 1 USB C hub is really really great. I'm excited that this product can work as expected. I connected many devices at once, including a hard disk and flash drive via USB3.0, a wire keyboard and mouse via USB2.0, a computer charger via Power Delivery port and two SD cards via SD card slots. Some pictures of the connected devices and the data obtained from the test are as follows.AS for USB2.0/3.0, when I connected the mouse or keyboard with these two ports, I didn't notice any noticeable difference in speed. But when I used it to read the usb flash drive and transfer data, the speed difference gets apparently. My USB3.0 tested around 270M/s which is 10 times faster than the USB2.0. So obvioulsy, USB3.0 ports are better for transferring data, and USB2.0 for connecting to devices like the mouse and more.As for SD card reader slots, in fact, one of the features that attracted me most of this product was the fact that I could use two SD cards at the same time, which made it easier for me to edit or back up photos and videos. The attached photos show the speed of card reader2.0 is 25M/s and 3.0 is 70M/s.While charging the laptop, the hub may get a little hot, but it doesn't affect the use. After all, that's what happens when your original charger charges. I haven't used HDMI port yet, as for ports I've used, everything is fine, good value for money and much cheaper than the big brands. I highly recommend. Oh, and my model is 13'' MacBook Pro 2017.
