How often does the filter cartridge need to be replaced for the pure action filtered showerhead sh-888 model?

Hi Anita. The filter cartridge should be replaced every 6 months or for every 10,000 gallons of water usage. Whichever comes first. Thank you for your question.

Is there a part to adjust the angle ?

Dear customer, thank you for your question. The only part which can adjust an angle is the shower bracket. Please unscrew the shower bracket ring set the angle and screw the ring back. It should help. Please, let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!

Does this remove bacteria from water?

Hello, no it doesn't. For that purpose, you'll need a more advanced filtration system. Hopefully, it helps. Thanks!

I have hard water and my metal screen is stopped up, can I get a replacement not the white ball filter ?

I have hard water also, soak the screen in CLR for 24 hours and it will be new again.
