Placed it on my 2018 Kia and they seem solid! Well made! The covers are fair, and I did put a Thule wind blocker shield on them as well, with no issues.

this item is awful
there were no instructions in the box, there were no videos, did not even reach across my suv after being told it would fit and due to weather and such, I missed the return window and am just out the money!!!! this is product does not even rate a 1 star.

Cross bars for 2020 Kia Sportage (Not a phony Amazon review)
The bars were easy to install and were very strong once attached. The entire process took about 20 mins they look good in the vehicle there are some fit and finish issues as you can see from the second photo the locking covers have a noticeable gap, this is a quality control issue. I'm hoping that the gap will not be an invitation for a thief to stick a screwdriver in the gap and pop off the caps.

Good for price
They have a horrible whistle sound when you are driving down the road took them off as soon as vacation was over . They did hold very well for the luggage though. For the price they did what they were supposed to do
