Tried out this first string and very happy with the warm but not dull color and the bright but not too bright intensity. Kind of "Goldilocks" lights; they're "just right". ;-)Purchased another half dozen strings for Christmas decorations next season because we're so happy with these. No idea yet about durability or weather resistance, but as a new purchase for indoor use, couldn't be happier.Finally, some light strings we've gotten power up flashing or rotating through various light display effects. These do NOT do that. When they're turned on, they light up steadily at a medium intensity. The other fancy lighting modes are available, but this design decision to favor steady lighting at power up makes them a superior replacement for incandescent strings. At least for our use.
