Good and studry
The suction cups were a little tricky for me to stick to the glass at first but after a soak in warm water for about 3 minutes they worked like a charm (it also comes with an extra suction cup) My turtle loves it so far, satisfied with this purchase.

A nice big basking dock, Tango loves it!
So far so good, very happy with this dock! Easy to install, functional, and Tango the turtle LOVES it haha. Within minutes he was on it basking happily with his eyes closed, leg out and soaking up the 'sun' 🌞Great value so far, can't beat the price. It's a bit big especially in my 10gal tank but I had to buy a bigger dock after Tango outgrew the first one, which is shown in the last pic- it was sinking under his weight and he was always partially submerged due to it being too small (lil bugger went from 1inch to 4inches in just the 6 months I've had him! I def underestimated how fast he'd grow, hence the small tank and original dock). He might actually be a she, at this growth rate lol!But yeah this one is working great so far! We'll see about the suction cups, since others have mentioned they might not last too long, but for now they're working perfectly and seem very sturdy and secure, I appreciate that it comes with a 3rd spare suction cup. Maybe it'd be an issue for very large/heavy or multiple turtles, but so far I have zero problems with it..Also, the ramp is def not too short as long as its partially submerged, my lil guy/gal climbs up it no prob- the cutouts help with traction.Overall, highly recommend!EDIT: 2 months later and still great! Suction cups are doing just fine, still have the original two and they're holding strong. Go for this dock, you won't regret it!

Highly recommend
My red eared slider loves this! It has a little divot for food that I put treats in for him and he is ALWAYS up basking on it. The suction is amazing, just be sure to follow the directions and soak the suction cups in hot water first. I tried without doing that and they did not stick well. I will def be ordering more!

Suction cups only last a while.
Suction cups were great at first, but once they've been used for a while and come off, they do not work again. If I could replace just the auction cups easily, I'd love this ramp, but I have only had it a few months. My turtle is large and uses this as a step to get on his platform, not to sit on (he's just as big as the ramp), but it just doesn't hold up.

A great improvement for my RES's
I am impressed with the rigidity. This clear shelf holds all 3 of my RES's (5, 4 and 3 year-olds) without falling off the side. Granted, they barely fit, but it does support their weight. The instructions suggest warming the suction cups first them mating them with both the cups and surface dry. I didn't think it would matter so I mounted the warmed cups to the wet glass. Well, one of the cups failed after about 2 days. I removed, warmed the cups then attached to DRY glass. That was over a week ago and everything is still attached. Follow the instructions. It did take about half a day for my little guys, and one gal, to actually climb aboard and bask. I'd been using one of the flat floating basking shelfs so the were curious about this new one. They were hesitant to actually get upon it until Lady Leopold decided to show the boys (Rocket and Toots) how it's done. Now, they are on it much of the day and I'm thinking about getting another for them.Highly recommend . I have a 29-gallon tank.Packaging was in a plastic bag within an Amazon box. Instructions were easy to read and I suggest you follow. Mine came with an extra suction cup. Made in China.
