I bought it because we were warned to prepare for powercuts in the future so I planned to use it to insulate my windows and to wrap around us in case of no heating..By the time I received it , 5G antennae had suddenly sprung up on the top of every lamppost in my area (overnight with no warning around end of March).When I measured the radiation using my new meter, it was way above healthy levels at the front of the house, especially near thwe windows.I used the mylar film to reduce the radiation near the windows Today I discovered that my neighbour's wife (they have a lamppost right outside their home on their drive) started to suffer from difficulty breathing about 3 weeks ago and was twice taken to hospital- not Covid.The symptoms only stopped when she started sleeping in the back room-Tip:one side is gold, one side silver-I recommend 2 layers per window -silver sides facing the window to reflect the radiation,and either gold or silver side facing the room, depending on whether you want to keep the heat in or out.Make sure you overlap the window frames if they ARE wooden or plastic (correction from my previous comment, sorry).I just ordered and received another batch as they are so good.

came in a good sturdy box and all well wraped , feel ok but havent opened one yet but will try one soon , if as good as they look and feel i will purchase more .
