This is a lovely lamp (with a UK plug). The quality and finish are very good. It has two lighting options to chose from- natural and a red glow which isn't in the description above. It arrived a little late due to the Covid19 but this was to be expected. One thing to bear in mind if ordering from UK- customs charges which came to £16. This caused delays as Parcelforce write (via traditional post) to request payment, only after receiving payment will the item be dispatched. On the whole, it was worth the extra expense and I would purchase again from this company.

The seller very carefully packed this item and it was very obvious they did as much as they could to protect it in shipping. Unfortunately it arrived with the roof smashed. I contacted them and they immediately dispatched a replacement roof! Service is beyond excellent, the product is beautiful and even came with a UK adaptor....also, and I didn’t know this, it switches between white and red light!!! It’s absolutely lovely!! I now want the others they sell!! Buy it - you won’t regret it!

Stunningly beautiful with first class craftsmanship and attention to detail. We also added plug-in dimmers to adjust the brightness therefore creating the perfect ambience and soft relaxing glow in the different rooms we have placed them. Very highly recommended and very helpful customer service.

The lamp is lovely. Took a while to arrive, but once it had, very pleased..

As can be seen above, I specifically asked if this came with a UK power cord. I was told it did. Sadly it did not. Spent a fair bit of time researching whether it was safe enough to simply replace the plug or whether I'd need a voltage converter etc. Didn't even know if I could find replacement bulbs easily so I ended up removing the insides entirely and inserting a new UK lamp fitting.On the plus side, it looks like the picture and is sturdy enough, although there are a couple of small holes in the roof. I like it but it took a while to get over the disappointment and frustration involved with having to effectively replace the actual lamp. Overall, I probably overpaid for a fancy wooden lamp cover.

What a lovely and Romantic lamp and the packaging deserve an Oscar as well as a very nice seller. If you love the far east, this lamp is a must.

This is a very well made lamp. Its beautiful, and feels solid. The detail is what you would expect from something priced as this is.I only have one complaint. The photos listed show the top removed, which gives the impression that the bulbs are replaced from the top. No instructions are provided with the lamp. However, after failing to be able to remove the top, I posted a question on here on how to do so. After further inspection, and being to impatient to wait for an answer from Amazon, I discovered that the bottom support bar which holds the fixture, has two "hand tight" screws that are removable to access the two bulbs for replacement. I did still get an answer on here, thanks Dave C.I also meant two bulbs. There is one soft white incandescent light, and one smaller red incandescent light. The pull cord on one side of the lamp changes light bulbs and turns the lights off. I replaced the larger bulb with a 40 watt equipment LED bulb. Works great! Have not changed the red bulb out yet. It has different base.
