Now, to the product itself, I've used this - more or less - as explained on the bottle for about a month. In that time, I have been focused on improving my diet (which I have; I've been taking steps to go more and more Paleo) and working out 6 days a week, including bodyweight exercises, running and yoga. Throughout my life, I have used a number of different supplements, including fish oil. Fish oil, I've found, is not really for me, as it always leaves a fishy aftertaste in my mouth. This CLA supplement doesn't do that, thankfully. In the past month, I've managed to drop roughly 7 pounds. THIS SUPPLEMENT DID NOT DO ALL OF THAT. It takes a dedicated mind, a consistent, healthy diet, and an active lifestyle to make that progress, and I take a lot of credit for making that happen. I cycle on average 40-60 miles every Saturday. On most occasions, at the end of my ride, I smell like ammonia. I learned that it's because my body is burning protein (in the forms of muscles) as fuel b/c I don't consume enough carbs. I tried the CLA b/c it promoted using stored body fat as fuel, as well as recovery after intense training. Honestly, it was kind of a half baked attempt when I first started using it but finally started faithfully taking one capsule after every meal. About two weeks in, I went for 50 mile ride and for the first time at the end of my ride - no ammonia smell! I can only surmise that the CLA is actually helping my body use stored fat rather than protein as fuel. I also use the EVL L-Carnitine after those hard rides and spin classes, as well as BCAA 5000 for hydration before and during my workouts. I've been very satisfied with all of the EVL supplements I've tried.

On my second bottle, definitely enjoying the benefits, it does help curb my appetite and I'm seeing the stubborn weight start to go down. While you do need to eat healthy to lose weight, these pills helped me tremendously with my biggest issue, which was the cravings that lead to binge eating. I've been taking them for a month now, and when taking one with each meal, I've been feeling more satisfied and stopped the bad habit of overeating, which helped me lose weight.
