Terrific value and great wheat starch
Being able to buy the single packets in bulk was a great value. Wheat starch is milled at just the right consistency. Use it to make Har Gow. (Aka Chinese translucent shrimp dumplings). Shipping was fast and packed good. Will def. Be a repeat buyer and recommend to anyone making bulk dumplings or thin wrappers.
