Great pan!
This pan heats very evenly, is super easy to clean & is very well made. I gave it 5 stars for durability but I've only owned it for just over a month. I'll update this review down the road if it proves to be less durable than I think it is but I doubt that will happen. These pans are expensive in every size but i guess you get what you pay for. I plan to buy 2 of the larger sizes down the road.

Great for pancakes and eggs
Great nonstick pan in a good size. I use it instead of other larger pans now.

Perfect egg pan so far.
Used for a week making omelettes for breakfast. Thick enough to provide good heat control, entirely even throughout the whole surface. Absolutely nonstick (used on medium to medium low heat, which is what is supposed to be used for nonstick). If you intend to do dumb things, like not heating up your pan before oil or butter, or heating it up on high, then I cannot help, because I don't and will not try. I haven't tried and I don't plan to try using metal utensils, although the materials do state that they can be used. Also haven't tried and will probably never try using it in the oven. Lack of rivets, particularly for this size, is great. Pan looks new after each use so far, we'll see how long that lasts. Pricey, but it is something that I use every day, and I have been very frustrated in the past, so to me it is worth it. At any rate, you will feel the difference in quality with other cheaper options. Whether that justifies the expense is up to you.

The pan looks great. If you start reading the instructions and other material included you will get very confused. THIS skillet can stand up to 300 degrees in the oven BUT only if it does not have a plastic handle.THIS skillet has a plastic handle.I am just going to use it as I see fit and when it does not work anymore I will throw it away. I bought 8,10 and 12 inch stainless steel skillets with a ceramic non-stick interior for a lot of money from Zwilling, they lasted about 6 months.Everything sticks now.13 Months later: I have used that skillet every day, I put it in the dishwasher after every use and it is still slick as snot.* Nothing sticks and it browns stuff nicely. It deserves 5 stars.* I live in Georgia and that is what they say when they like something a lot.
