Has anyone tried these for breaking in docs?

Hi, I’m sorry but these don’t work with ordinary shoes. Very hard to put on and very thin so doesn’t stay on which is very annoying. Mine split within a few days.

I stand and do alot of walking in my job 9-5 are they suitable to wear all day?

They are rubbish, very thin and picture is decieving as they did not fit my heel as shown in pic. Because of this i never tried them.

Can these help with haglunds deformity?

It will not take the pain away from the infected area but it will relieve slightly if you use with a combination of padding. I use because I have pain in the same area as you do but only in one heel so I use 2 of these and it does help. Hope that is helpful.
