An absolute no brainer if you own an automatic watch.Quiet motor and fantastic finish, looks far more expensive than it is.My only one gripe (theres always one) is if you own like me a larger watch it can catch when rotating with lid closed.For me not that big an issue i just charge with lid open.Would deff recommend.

I confess initially I bought a small, cheap watch winder because (a) it was small, (b) it was cheap and (c) I thought that would be good enough.The problem with a very compact winder was that I had to scrunch the watch up to get it inside the rotator unit, from where it would inevitable fall out, usually in the middle of the night, waking me up with a periodic clunk as the watch was smacked against the sides of the winder box. In addition, as it was cheap, it didn't rotate enough to keep the watch wound, which is something of a shortcoming in a watch winder.So I upgraded to a Gifort in the mid £40 range. Looks good, with red stitching against carbon-fibre effect main case, still nicely compact but now with a sensible cushion/turntable unit that keeps the watch nicely in place, utterly silent and - most important - keeps the watch fully wound, with 4 minutes of contra-rotation in every 10.Excellent. Now, anyone want to buy a nearly-new small, cheap watch winder?

My watch wouldn’t go on to the large one but was extremely loose on the small one, so that with every rotation it would come down and make a jangling noise.

Purchased for Breitling Watch. Could not limit/adjust number of revolutions per day so watch ran too fast (overwind). Solved problem by attaching winder 4 volt power supply to a cheap mains timer and limiting "on" time. Worked great from then on until now. Unit has failed.

The media could not be loaded.  Rotates for 2mins then stops for 6mins. Quietly goes about doing it’s job. Solid and well made. Can’t see the point of spending more money than this on a watch winder after all.

Bought this for my husband who is always frustrated the date/time is off on his way h if he doesn’t wear it for a few days. Perfect birthday gift - not too expensive but enough that it feels qualify and you don’t feel nervous putting a decent watch in there! Looks great as a display case abs the perfect gift for the man who has everything!

Really happy with the winder, looks great and what’s great is you can’t hear it.It’s replaced another that only lasted a year and half or so ( just outside the guarantee!) so just hope it lasts.V happy atm.
