The Bomow earphones came packaged in hard box with a moulded plastic inlay. Inside was the carrying/charging case, a small micro usb cable, replacement tips, and the earphones themselves.The outside of the charging case has a soft plastic/rubber material that is soft to the touch but still feels solid. When opening the lid I instantly noticed the feeling of magnets holding it closed that gives a satisfying feeling when you close it. While opening it isn't as satisfying as more expensive alternatives like the Samsung Galaxy Buds (which feels like it uses stronger magnets), for the price this feels good.Inside it has moulded plastic for the earbuds recesses into brushed metal plate in which there is a small battery indicator. This indicator shows the battery percentage and is a great idea and isn't even a feature on much more expensive alternatives. On the back is a micro-usb port, which would've been nicer if it was usb-c, but at this price point it's expected.Pairing the earphones is easy as pie, I just took them out of the case which put them into pairing mode, then I connected to them via bluetooth on my phone. On each earphone is a button which has different functionalities depending on which earphone you click the button on and how many times you click it (single press, double press, etc.). The button presses are acknowledged with a pleasant beeping sound, but the sound of the physical button clicking while the earphone is in your ear is not ideal. However at this price point, I don't expect a touch sensitive pad like more expensive alternatives have.The audio quality is nothing special compared to high end earphones, but if you don't tend to spend upwards of £100/200 on headphones and earphones, there's nothing substantially bad about them. It would be nicer if they had more bass though.While I have compared them to much more expensive alternatives, these earphones are an overall great deal without breaking the bank. If you're looking for wireless earphones that have good value for money, I would definitely recommend these

This product had much potential although it is terrible on many fronts.1) It has NO touch control. The product description is almost deliberately opaque to obscure this, but it functions via buttons. I can't understand why anyone would want this, in order to press the button you need to press it hard which pushes the earphone deep into your earhole, making it a very uncomfortable experience. Double clicking is even worse, you'll need to take the earphone out in order to do it. Not practical.2) The button control for skipping tracks or changing volume is nonsensical. It is NOT double click on right to skip track, and double click on left to go back track. See attached picture. And even those controls still didn't work.3) Pairing is very shoddy. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.

Very good earbuds, using it for last few weeks. Sound quality and noise cancelling is very good. I have 6 different ears buds in the price range of £10-40, this one is much better than other products. For this price this one if great quality. Battery time is super good, case looks great and feels good quality. this one is great deal.

I received my item pretty quick. The case is pretty. The earbuds are quite big. If you are looking for something small, this is not for you. They tend to slip out your ears while walking or working out. It’s loud, however the sound is terrible. They can damage your ears in a long run and had minimal base, and I say this not to say you cannot notice it. The battery last long, that’s true. But, I’m not sure if the case has some some issues. I bought this item in mid January and the case no longer charge the earbuds. I haven’t been able to use it during the last 2 weeks, and we still in February. I’m not too sure about this earbuds.

the sound quality is good for the price I pay .battery life is good .Came in a very nice box .different bit for your ear it pair very easy . Customer service is a five star they want to make sure you are happy .
