Replaced a cyber power, expensive but you get what you pay for with the batteries. Nice and quiet, high capacity and really quiet.No software anymore, web panel, works well enough.

Excellent bit of kit, very reliable brand. Note that this does not come with vital USB data cable, but you can buy one, not too expensive. If you use it with a Synology NAS be sure to check if the cable you are getting is known to work with the UPS.

Had it for some time now and provided us power during a grid outage to our essential networking kit. Not standard UK 3-Pin plugs on the back so just remember to buy an IEC to UK Plug Strip if your kit isn't IEC -> IEC. Not noisy and very easy to setup. Just plug and play. Had no issues with reliability of the product either.

I purchased it in September 2022, and it worked fine until October 2025, when it suddenly crashed with no apparent reason. After a long exchange of emails with resetting advice, since there is no possibility of telephone support, I was informed that UPS replacement was the next step, without any attempt to find the fault and repair the device.When I asked about the service, the answer came as:"Thank you for your reply. We apologize; we only process an in-warranty replacement."This means that even a minor fault after 2 years means scrapping the device and buying a new one.One thing is certain - my next purchase will not be from Schneider Electric.

Good product from APC as always, small in size so will fit under desk, the price is expensive but worth it to save your computer, easy to setup, you may need to buy more power leads if connecting more than one thing,

I puchased this for my fusebox for my router as we are going to lose analogue lines next year I though it was time to get one so at least we can use our phone in an emergency!The only thing is that it is too big to fit in our fuse box, so now this lives on our telly/AV gear as I am sick and tired of having to wait for our Android TV box and Kodi box to reboot when the power goes out for a second.The runtime is something like 530 minutes at 0% load, which is 8.83 hours so quite a long time!!

Purchased to handle the rare split second power cuts we get in our area. Connected only to my Qidi Plus 4 3D printer.It will power the Qidi Plus 4 for only 7 minutes when the printer is at full power.It is also disappointing to see the 5 bar battery charge level indicator drop from 5 bars to just 3 the very second the unit is activated.Useful menu items like power being drawn etc.Very heavy and extremely well made.Very clever battery shipment case. Not connected during shipping, remove the cover, pull the battery out and reverse it.Up and running in seconds.It doesn't come with the mains connection cable because you use your piece of equipments mains cable and then use the included C14 cables to plug the UPS into your equipment.

Dreadful product and company. The item failed and I had to submit the wattage of every item it was attached to including the mouse, take endless videos and they still made it impossible to get fixed. I wouldn’t touch another of their products. Fuming mad about this as the cost was significant.
