Meditation Coloring Book: Wonderful images to melt your worries away (Chartwell Coloring Books, 15)

Paper is thin and requires use of a blotter page between images so colors don't bleed through to mark next coloring project. I'm using Sharpie brand markers, which do bleed through paper, but make it easier to color inside the lines!

Bought this along with several others as gifts for a group of preteen girls. If you like mandalas, this is a nice one. Cover is glossy and reasonably colorful. Pages are printed with clearly with a variety of ink depths and designs are reasonably interesting. Looks like there are a reasonable number of designs too. I'd estimate 60.

Beautiful designs! I bought it for myself but ended up giving it away to a friend that got her wisdom teeth pulled out. She loved it!!! I'm going to buy it for myself again! P.S. I used marker. But I think I might use pencil next time for softer edges in the pictures.

With the healthful benefits of coloring for all ages now being recognized, I am so glad there are many adult coloring books available. I am sharing this one with my 87 y/o mom and her senior friends.

Pros: Good price. Lots of pictures. Nice variety of picturesCons: Paper is poor quality. Paper has no tooth, it's slick. Very hard to color using pencils, better with gel pens but they bleed through a bit--it's a good thing only one picture per page.I bought this book because I really liked her book, The Calm Coloring Book. I did some checking and this book was printed in China, while The Calm Coloring Book was printed in the USA. I am not sure if that is why the paper is of poor quality or not, but I would not recommend this book as coloring in it is a chore instead of fun.

This is a nice adult coloring book. I brought the book and colored pencils on a vacation last week and the whole family enjoyed it. People loved coloring while sitting around the pool talking and laughing. We took pictures of our completed pages to be included in our vacation photo album. The pictures vary in difficulty but the vast majority are pretty detailed. I brought a children's book for the younger folks. It was a great way to relax and pass the time. The college agers liked it so much that they went out to buy higher quality pencils so they could frame their finished products. Recommend.

This book has a wide range of difficulty so be prepared with fine tip markers, very sharp pencils, and the other varieties of mediums. I would say the book was worth the cost especially if you enjoy coloring but this is not for a child.

The book is calming for me in dealing with my anxiety. I wish the pages were perforated like my other coloring books. I have been tearing those out, framing them and putting them up as a way to extend the effect. I would have really liked to do that with this one.

The book really proves to be a stress buster for me. I used it to find some alone me time during my pregnancy. As I am a rookie in Coloring department, I cannot comment on the quality of the paper. I used colour pencils and didn’t have any problem with the quality of the prints. They are one sided which in nice in case you do end up having some transfer on the adjacent of next page. Would recommend the book.

Paper is cheap inside the book. Don't think I can use markers. However drawing are only on one side.

My Grandma said these books made her feel calm. That's a win in my books.

The pictures are all very similar, most are round in design, with little variation. Was hoping for a few animal and/or flower pics.

Some of the pictures were smaller than the page and quite intricate, which is almost too much work for what I wanted.
