After another episode of Dog V Tele Remote, dog won, I had Sky Q working but not the tele part of Controller. I tried downloading a remote for my phone, so complicated and none were free so I came on here. After reading a few reviews about Volume not working I was unsure but as my tele was stuck on quite loud I took the risk. Now setting up could not of been easier, with your old remote you press 7 and 9 together, I was unsure if this would work but it did flash a red light so was unpaired. Took the new controller and you press 1 and 3 and in seconds it was paired. You then follow instructions on the Tele, which just include find your TV make, if you want to use buttons or voice control. All was set up in around 1 min, so easy, you literally can't go wrong as the instructions are clear on back of the box the controls come in.

£35 woudnt say value for money but its nice to have a new controller that works good functions all new responsive buttons its an original sly remote

Early days as haven't had it long, however it connected to the Sky Q box instantly and it was simple to tune in to the TV. I considered cheaper options but I thought that the Sky branded option would be a safer bet. Also handy that it comes with Duracell batteries included....... So far so good.

Very pleased with this purchase,the remote replaces my old sky q remote and was well priced.

After getting 2 cheaper versions before this that both didn’t work properly, this one is spot on perfect….. don’t waste your time on cheaper versions get this proper remote & be done with it…..

Ottimo telecomando! Lo Sky Telecomando Q Voice è pratico, leggero e molto intuitivo da usare. Il comando vocale funziona alla perfezione e rende la navigazione velocissima. Le batterie Duracell incluse sono un valore aggiunto, pronte all’uso appena aperta la confezione. Connessione immediata con il decoder e nessun problema riscontrato. Consigliatissimo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The remote is great the only problem I had was it was delivered to wrong address even though I had given my air code this is not the first time I’ve had to go looking for something

Good remote replacement. Works with my Sky Q box after original remote packed up with something rattling loudly inside! Delivery messed up however. This is the second item this week for me. It was delivered on Nov 3 which was excellent. However my order page still says "Not Delivered - may be delivered on Nov 6". Amazon.ie seem to have a problem.
