Not worth the price. The paddlefish eggs are very mushy and have poor flavor. Will not be shopping with Olma again.

Mushy. Have had caviar from many many places. I don’t know if we got a bad batch, but not good at all. Purchased both paddlefish and salmon. Very disappointed.
