Delco PCV Valve works correctly
The Delco PVC valve works I bought from Amazon perfectly. I often read about PVC valve failure such as dirty condition and plugging up One very important failure to beware of is rarely mentioned. That is a PCV valve that will not seal off engine vacuum when it should during it's operation.The effect is particular pronounced on a Carburetor equipped vehicle. That Vehicle will run extremely lean, idle excessively high despite correct carburetor adjustment AND can Diesel when Shut down.On a fuel injected modern car the computer will attempt to compensate for the excessive amount of air drawn into the engine caused by a PCV Valve NOT shutting off engine vacuum when required during it's proper operating cycle.It may run erratic but not as bad as a carbureted Vehicle

Product is good but also make sure the PVC boot or hose connections are not cracked or deteriorated. Also check that the intake manifold vacuum port’s cap is in proper working condition if you are getting a tan coloured sludge on the oil cap or PVC valve.
