Old School Vintage Base 2-in-1 Multivitamin & Probiotic, Daily Vitamins & Minerals for Optimized Digestion, Intestinal Flora, Immune, Vitamin D3, C, & Zinc for Men & Women - 120 Veggie Caps

I just completed my first two weeks of Vintage Base. It may seem early to write a review, but I’ve already noticed a difference. Overall, I’m very happy and can already see myself staying with Vintage Base for future iterations. Of note, I do take the recommended 2 pills, 2 times per day (4 pills total each day). I started in that regimen thinking I would trying “loading up” initially, then cutting back to just two per day (I’m usually very stingy that way); but after the results and how I’ve felt, no way I’m cutting back. I’ll cut corners on other things, but a good vitamin and probiotic that makes this much difference is well worth the investment.What I think you might like:1) Size: pills are smaller than other multi-vitamins I’ve take, and easy to consume; not a key issue for me, but if you have problems with some larger pill sets, I wouldn’t expect many/any people would have problems with these.2) Probiotic affects: I noticed an almost immediate benefit to my digestion in general. Especially when consuming foods that are usually very hard on my stomach (I’ll sta my vague to keep this post from getting unpleasant), I noticed I have felt significantly better than previous experience without Vintage Base. And in general, I have just become more “regular”...i’ll leave that at that. I travel extensively, and often find myself eating foods I wouldn’t usually reach for, so this is a huge benefit for me.3) Energy level: I deal with a lot of sleep deprivation and I’ve noticed that since getting on Vintage Base, my energy levels throughout the day have seemed higher. Not night and day; it’s no substitute for good rest; but I’ve not had my typical post-lunch, mid-afternoon crash like I’m used to. No making multiple trips to the coffee pot just to get through the work day.I could go on & on, but you get the idea. Overall, i’m very pleased with Vintage Base. I’d recommend it to a friend, and I’ll definitely be making it my go-to.

First and foremost - I want to preface this by saying that despite buying thousands of items over the last decade from Amazon, not to mention countless other sites, I have NEVER written a single review. I have been happy and even ecstatic about things I have purchased, but never felt compelled to write a review.This product is different. I work in healthcare, and am intimately familiar with the GRAS,, supplement, etc components of the industry - and to say that it is all less than garbage is generous. I've observed studies testing OTC Vitamin D products, which the main takeaway was that 60% of the supplements being sold has 0 trace of Vitamin D.Now I am not all high and mighty and self-righteous - no amount of exposure has kept me from keeping my eyes peeled for something to come through that could truly make a contribution to my overall health and vitality without it physically costing you more than you earn from it.This is it. This company is it.Within weeks I noticed GI improvements. One month in my overall vitality was substantially improved. Three months in and I am a believer. I now buy this for my family, friends, colleagues, anyone. Some give the most odd looks when you say "I got you a game changer - doesn't matter if you take one or not, believe in it or not - this is now your multi-vitamin. Feel free to write me a thank you card one month from now," but I can't tell you the positive feedback I get from everyone I send it to.Get this - it's the missing linchpin in a healthy lifestyle. As I said, this is the first review I have ever bothered to write - I wouldn't be surprised if it's my last either. You will be absolutely thrilled with the noticeable impact this has on your overall quality of life!

If I were to design my perfect vitamin I'd be really disappointed because Old School Labs beat me to it. For an active individual this has everything nailed and is better than just about every vitamin I have ever seen. My only knock on the product is that it is just loose powder in a vegetable cap. The problem I have with that is that it dissolves in your stomach and if taken without food will result in you getting some nasty after tastes, and I believe that having it dissolve in the stomach causes you to absorb less than you would in a pressed pill that was more time released as they sit in your intestines and dissolve.My second favorite part of this multivitamin is the packaging, I like having a sports supplement type container and the design for their label is awesome (is that Mike Metzger?). I will continue to buy this and will definitely try the brands other products.
