Everything from Nordicware is always top quality! This pan is heavy duty and perfect for my need!

Worth the money
This pan is heavy duty, that's probably why the mini cakes baked evenly. Cakes come out easily with a little bit of loosening. Cleans up well after a few minutes of soaking.

Don't bother.
When I read that putting a round parchment on the base to prevent sticking, which requires that I cut a hole in the middle so the parchment is the shape of a donut, I didn't bother. AND, angle cake has to be cooled up side down, and there are not little extender arms like on a full size form. The pan would have to be balance on 4 glasses. Another non-starter as the edges of the pan are quite narrow and balancing would be tough. Too much fuss.
