Realistic; the attention to detail is amazing!I got this for my garden, but it loves the water and wanted to swim around in the kiddie pool, the kids love him!The colors are vibrant and realistic. Not sure how long the paint will last in the chlorinated water; I believe it won’t harm it due to the exceptional quality they put into making this turtle! He’s been in there awhile, and so far he looks like the day I received him; perfect!This is lightweight to pick up, but sturdy enough to stay on land.I highly recommend this turtle because he looks so realistic and it’s a great value for the money!

My husband was working outside at night. I slipped behind him and set this little turtle down about five feet from him. Then, I walked in front of him and started filming! It was so funny! He kept saying, "What a beautiful turtle! Wow!!! It's perfect!!!" He really was fooled and it was so much fun for me to watch him interact with it thinking that it was real. We have turtles come up to our house from the creek. They are about the same size as this fake one so this one was perfect for my prank!!!! Now it happily lives under our bamboo!

So lifelike. This nice size and weight turtle fits happily in a garden, on front steps or lounging beneath a house plant. So cute! Quality construction. Turtle has a sweet realistic (not cartoonish) smile that makes me smile. For the past 2.5 yrs "Tortuga" which is the name I gave him (Spanish for turtle) has been my constant indoor companion, pandemic pet and subject of many fun photos for FaceBook. He even has his own fan base and attends all my Zoom yoga classes. Sure to bring a smile indoors or out.

I bought this cute turtle for my mother in law, and she absolutely loved it!! What she doesn't know however, is that I had to glue one of his back legs back on, which has broken in shipping. Still very cute regardless and you can hardly tell a thing! She named him Mister T. :)

I had this adorable small box turtle near my garden flag. I got it at Michael’s I think for $5. I loved seeing it there every time I walked to my door. Then one day, it disappeared. I could not find another one at the store, so I started looking online. I did not want to pay a lot for a replacement. I saw this one on Amazon. After months of having it in my cart, I finally bought it. It is bigger than I expected it to be; maybe 9 inches long. The shell is flatter; more like a green slider shell. And there are a lot of those across the street in my pond. It is very realistic. The eyes, legs, shell. It looks like a real turtle. I keep this one on my porch.

I've yet to be disappointed with any of the items products by Design Toscano. As always, the attention to detail was impeccable. I placed Rocky, the turtle, next to a baby pine tree and they look amazing together. Thank you for another great product!

A few years ago I bought my cousin a tortoise statue to commemorate one that she had as a pet that passed away. She loved that statue and always kept it inside of her house. When she moved, the statue got crushed and she was really upset. I couldn't find the same one, so I got her this one and it was even better! It looks so real, there is so much life in it's eyes and it looks like any minute it will just walk away. She was really excited when she opened it up this Christmas, I think it's safe to say she loved it. I Ioved it too, I would buy it again for myself!

I got 2 x Gilbert the Box Turtle and I love them. I got one last year and wanted to get another. When I saw that they were somewhat cheaper I decided to get 2 more. They are solid and quite realistic looking. As I live in zone 5-6 I didn't leave them outside for the winter. This summer they've weathered several heavy rainstorms and baking sun and still look the same.
