Medium - laid out flat and empty is 17 X 23 inches. Full the width would probably be more like 11 inchesLarge - 14 X 30 inches when full

Q: Do you think this can be turned into a 20lb sand bag for exercising and not fall apart?

Hi, The bag is tested to carry up to 25lbs. However, no testing has been done to validate the durability of the bag for exercise use. The product was not designed to be used for exercise and a consumer using it for this purpose would do so at their own risk. Thanks
