This will work with any round track. Hard or flexible track.

What size are the bolts that attach the skate assemblies to the chassis? They look like 3/8'' or 5/16"'

They are actually 10mm (.394") which is slightly larger than 3/8" (.375"), but the thread pitch is not even close

What is the length of the track? Did not see it stated anywhere.

Will this work on two pvc pipes like in the snap track cinerail system?

I've never heard of the snap track thing but i only use mine with pvc and it works. I'm sure it would work better on the pipes glide gear makes but I don't have that in my budget ;)
