Its Aiiight!!! I guess kool if your 150lbs or less
I wish it was a little more sturdy. When you trying to get into your workout and get all this body fat swinging and Sweating you and the trimmer can go flying into the wall. However when you stay a steady pace of control slow to moderate movement you can stay on it and actually burn a little something..this machine is great for maintenance of the body but not extreme weight loss unless your 140lbs and need to lose 20lbs. It says up 250-300lbs but that's when sturdiness comes into question..everything else is GREAT and can get u started on the path of weight loss but I find myself jumping off after 3 to 5 mins afraid of increasing momentum because me and the machine may go off out the window. So I use it to work my abs and warm up for my more sturdier exercise machines

Terrible Squeaks and worst customer service
This machine functioned as expected for about a month. Then, it started to squeak. I took it completely apart, oiled every single nut/bolt and hinge and still it squeaked. By two months in it was so loud my neighbors complained. Finally I was able to determine the wheels were the problem. I called customer service and the 1st woman told me the wheels were not detachable so she would send me a whole new leg. She didn't. I called again and the second woman told me she didn't know how to fix the wheel, she would have to ask someone and call me back. She never did. The third time I called the woman I spoke to treated me like an idiot for not realizing that the wheel can come off, but that you need a special tool to remove the tiny c-clip holding it on. I asked her to send me instructions on what I needed to do, then I would order the wheels. She didn't respond either. Finally I called and spoke to a supervisor, who said I could just use needle nose pliers to remove the clip. I ordered the new wheels and c-clips, turns out they are too small and tightly fitted for needle nose pliers, you have to have the reverse pliers. AND, not just any reverse pliers, they have to be small enough to fit this c-clip. I had to order 3 sets before finding a pair that worked. Then, on the first try to open the clip, it broke. I gave up, and used a twist tie to hold the wheel in place. Got both wheels on and the darn thing STILL SQUEAKS!!! Absolute Junk.

very good
I gave 4 stars rather than 3.5 because its the only machine available with 360 degree leg rotation. There are several pros and a few cons:Could be made a bit better - very sturdy but middle section where bars/pins are bonk your knees if you arent careful and also, the foot pedals should slightly veer outward or it makes your knees hurt like it's making you feel knock kneed - if you are knock kneed, this would be difficuly to use because of the middle section that hits.I'm 100 lbs overweight and way out of shape and this is sturdy enough for me and I can use it, so good enough for me to keep, to get on the exercize routine after dr released me to (this no impact machine is helpful when overweight)!

Great value, nicely built and easy to assemble.
My wife is teleworking from home during the pandemic and lost access to her work gym. My wife has bad knees and needed a cardio machine that would would be low impact on her knees. I assembled it in 30 minutes and it is very sturdy and well built. She did her first 30 minute workout and said she could feel it engaging all the muscles in her legs, hips and abdomen and it makes no noise when using it. The mat that came with it was an extra nice touch so it does not damage your flooring when using it. It only weight 40 lbs and is simple store you just reset 3 pins to fold it up and roll it where you want to store it. This is a great buy and I have already recommended it to family.

Watch your knees !
Okay guys. I just got this thing and put it together. Only took about 30 minutes. It's a neat little thing. Seems to work well in all directions. HOWEVER, I've been on it for 20 minutes and I can't tell you how many times my knees hit the inside pole. Luckily I have to wear knee braces when I excersize so it's fine for me but anyone who doesn't might not have the best time.

Good purchase
I love this machine. I pair it with the you tube videos for a good workout. The only reason I have it four stars overall is because the bolt in the middle can rub on your leg if you're not careful

Not very sturdy
I just got this product in May and it worked fine at first, now on the right side the leg swing is dragging

Love no impact exercising
I was hesitant to buy as this didn't seem to have a lot of great reviews. I am 5'1 1/2 " and weigh 143lbs. It took me 3 days to finally assemble this machine. I read over the schematic and it made me a bit nervous but once you sorted out your nuts and bolts it went fairly quickly. For some who are better at reading schematics, the assembly probably would take 30-40 minutes tops. Me? Took me over an hour. So I gave this a 4 star for ease of assembling.I did the beginners video and I found it too easy but it is good to watch as it gets you familiar with the 360 degree rotation. Last night I did the intermediate, and I definitely had a sweat going. It wasn't a super burn but if I eventually incorporate all 3, I will have that burning feeling. Now this is only based upon the beginners and intermediate. Tonight it will be advance and I am hoping this gives me that burn sensation of a great workout. I am out of shape, suffer from vertigo frequently but this would be my favourite machine getting back into fitness. NO impact, you use almost every part of your body as you have to ensure the pedals are in alignment to the exercise you are doing. Meaning if you are not doing a "skate" manoeuver then you must practicing keeping that pedal in alignment and that works your core and thighs. I really like the versatility of this machine. I am chunky in the hips and thighs so we shall see if and how far I can widdle down. The storage is easy and moving it around my place is very easy and not heavy as it has the wheels. Overall, I love this machine and it is fun and the 20 minutes fly by.

Good but not amazing
If you are over 5'11 I'd recommend looking at something else. 5'11 is about the max I'd recommend for this machine. It can be setup by yourself in about an hour with unpacking. It would be easier with another hand though. Instructions are easy to follow and well labeled. If you are already in good shape the machine can still be a good workout. For it to be that though you will need to make up your own routine based on the paper that comes with it that shows the various strides. In my opinion the DVD routines are not a workout at all and won't even cause you to break a sweat.I would highly recommend using the included mat to protect your flooring.

Highly recommending!
I am extremely happy with it! It is great for work out at home and the price is very attractive too. Had it for long time and didn't use it much. I don't have cd reader and didn't know how to use it well but I found these work outs on YouTube and now using it a lot😊

Broken after few months of intermittent use
After 2 months of intermittent use I realised the machines’s alignment was off and you have to run on an angle, after inspecting I noticed that a weld gave way and now I cant return the item just great!
