Red Shell Teriyaki Sauce 12 fl.oz

I wanted to try a different teriyaki for my baked wings they didn’t have the same flavor nor color, usually they have a reddish color and very flavorful had to add more sweet chili and honey and other items and to me they didn’t turn out my husband said that they tasted okay. The sauce could have been a little thicker and more flavor and it cost more than my usual brand but I would have paid more if was to my liking my usual brand was available but the price was higher per bottle and I usually don’t make the wings often.

After my favorite Hawaiian lunch plate place closed, I had to hunt down a sauce which could replace my favorite teriyaki taste. My local Kroger used to stock this brand but discontinued for some reason. Luckily they sell directly from Amazon!I love this sauce. It is sweet and savory. Perfect for when you don’t want the tang of soy and citrus in your meats. Great consistency and quality. My favorite store bought brand for sure.

We love this stuff. Best tasting teriyaki we have found. It's thick which is what I like.

GOOD!! Not your ordinary teriyaki liquid stuff. Thick and sticky. delicious! My fav to drizzle in a red beer or Bloody Mary instead of Worcestershire for a more savory and less salty drink.

Tried this on salmon. Nice, but nothing to write home about. Surprising because we are hug e fans of Red Shell Japanese dressing. We preferred the Soy Vey Veri Teriyaki.

I thought this was the same sauce I had gotten from a Big Lots and have been chasing in my mind. It is much like many reviewers said. A bit on the salty side. More like a thick soy sauce flavor. So if you are looking for a sweeter honey type teriyaki you may not enjoy this quite as much.

Can't seem to find this specific teriyaki sauce in any local grocery stores but have to have it! The consistency is perfect for stir-fry and marinating.Side note, pretty bummed that the two bottles I ordered arrived in one big box with two more small boxes inside each having one bottle in them. Cut down on waste with using one box to ship the two very small bottles.

Did not like taste. Threw it away. Will continue to make my own from my personal recipe. This was a waste of money
