Good strength, small size and easy to swallow.
We both take Vitamin D3 daily and as there is enough evidence based information to support complimenting that with K2, of this strength, we now add this daily to our supplements. Hopefully, this will ensure the Vitamin D3 is being absorbed where it is needed. We find zero after taste with these tablets, small enough to manage to swallow with no issues. All the tablets are complete, none of them being broken. Easy enough to take, as mentioned, and good value. Recommended

K2 is a must use vitamin when you supplement d3. I taking this dose 200 because my daily dosage of d3 is 8000 iu or sometimes more and I'm glad it's in one pill.
