ThalutaWomen's Maxi Skirt Bohemian with Pockets Gypsy Elastic High Waist Cotton

It's been a struggle trying to find a good quality skirt that matches my aesthetic but also has the utility of pockets. This skirt fits so nicely. The elastic isn't tight, it fits perfectly. While the material feels a little heavier than linen, it feels strong. The seams are very sturdy.Pockets are 8" tall and 7" wide. They are constructed by fabric sewn onto the outside of the skirt. The stitching is very tight and sturdy, so don't worry about random tears.In addition there are stiches on the knees which I didn't understand until I took a seat. It means that the skirt doesn't get super bunched up or weird when sitting. (See the picture of me sitting. The stitches follow the thigh and allows for the skirt to not get in the way when sitting).If I had to give one possible suggestion for future designs for the seller, it would be to add a button to the pockets. When I put my phone in the pocket, the outter layer of the externally-swen pocket did droop just a little bit. But in no way was it anything that effected the utility of the pocket. (See the two close ups of the pocket to get an idea of what I mean)All in all, it's a very good looking skirt that is extremely cozy, has utility and looks awesome!!

I have bought this skirt in 2 colors now because I love it so much! It's soft, breathable, and is so flattering even on my 5'3" 180 lb self. I will buy again and definitely recommend!

This skirt is cute and comfortable. The pockets are very handy and the size is perfect. Love the color choices so much I bought two.

I ended up keeping this, to my surprise. It had a sour smell from the bleach, but it came out in the wash. Warning, it says one size fits all. I am a 32 inch waist and I would say it might feel tight for anyone larger. It's borderline for me. Wish the raw edges on the inside of the pocket were finished. The hem also curls up after wash, though that doesn't bother me too much. Otherwise, I like it. It's comfy and I like the look.

I now have four of this thing.The good:-Pockets are perfect for not losing small objects like pens that would slip out of most.-Opaque-Good length on average to short people: long without being a tripping hazard.-Good variety of colors available.-Sturdy drawstring, very adjustable.Worth knowing:-Colors tend softer than pictures. The red in particular is a soft rose. Very pretty, but not what my monitor showed.-Size runs middle of the road. I'm a US size 18-20. It's great. I wouldn't expect it to fit someone VERY small or much larger than me.The bad:-The solid color I tried pilled pretty substantially. The tie dye colors are very durable however.I'm eyeing some more colors...

I loved the design of the skirt when I came across it. I read the reviews and plunged in and got the red. I am 5'5" 136 lbs. I was nervous, as I usually am, buying clothes online. I was really worried whether or not it would be the red I see on the model or real red. I, literally, just got it from the mailbox and was so relieved that it is the same brick red as the picture shown. Now all I had to do was worry about the waistline. Nope, worries are over, lol. My waist is 38 inches where I have the skirt sitting on me and the elastic still has some pretty good stretch to it. I wear the skirt laying just above my hips just below my belly, for reference, and the skirt lays at the tops of my feet. The fabric feels awesome and doesn't feel heavy to me. I find it to feel airy and lightweight. I'm a happy lady and will be buying the olive one next. I would definitely recommend. Btw, the pockets are deep and slits are small but my tiny hands fit. I put my keys, my phone in the pockets and of course it weighs down the skirt not by much, just tie the waist a bit tighter and all should be good.

I wish this company made more skirts! Absolutely awesome! Comfy cotton, and the tye dye black is really cool. Neat pockets. Very boho and light weight for summer or chillin around the house. I wish there were more "tyedye" colors but I'll probably get olive next. Im tall and wear this on my hips and it hits a little above my ankles. 34" around where I wear this, and the elastic fits perfectly. If I was still plus sized, I would likely not be comfortable in this. There's a draw string and it's all really well made. A+, much thanks.

How do they get the pictures to look so flattering? Because this skirt will make you look frumpy if you have curves. You need to be taller than 5’4 to make this skirt work. I found it very stretchy & big. In fact, I could pull it up over my breasts and wear it like a strapless dress. If I wanted to look like a bag of potatoes. This skirt was definitely not flattering on me, nor sheer. It’s a thicker material, but soft and does stretch quite a bit.

The media could not be loaded.  The waist elastic is a little tight. But I'm a bit chubby currently. It's very light t-shirt like material. Kinda disappointed in the price but everything's going up now.

i was really unsure of keeping this skirt even though i did like it. It was very expensive at almost $80 Canadian/the elastic waist was too tight (but could open up to my plus size body type) & the fabric though a very soft cotton-like material was thick. (almost too thick for hot summers) thanks to the advice i was given on here & a friend who told me that if i could have the elastic waistband fixed to fit & it made me happy, then i should keep it. So i did. Good Luck

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased one of these beautiful skirts when I was in Thailand. It was made from a really nice durable material, it has been my all-time favorite skirt and I have had it since 2014. All of the images look like it's the same material for this product. I should have double checked the material of the product before purchasing but i didn't know what the other skirt was made out of so it wouldn't have helped me much....This item is made from a really thin sweatpant material. Needless to say, I'm incredibly disappointed with the product considering the price you pay for it. Definitely not worth the cost at all! I have another item coming from this company in the next few weeks. If it is the same material I will be returning both items.I have not tried the skirt on yet, but so far it does appear to be stitched really well. So there is that positive part.
