I've been told to take this instead of statins because they have such an adverse reaction on me. So far, taking lecithin seems to have helped keep my levels reasonably low.

Why did I buy these? I don't know what effect they are having or suppose to have on my physiology, but I feel noting - maybe some reduction in appetite but that's it - not enough to loose bodyfat.

First purchase. Have used lecithin for many years from other suppliers. Am happy with the quality from this supplier.
