Careful with Ayurvedic products
Kalmegh is an excellent Ayurvedic product, please be careful while taking these immunity boosters, they directly effect your liver. So be careful while taking these. Secondly I had lot of heat generated in my body while i was taking this capsule, I had little burning sensation daily while going to stool and once I stopped these post consulting a physician, the reason was Kalmegh, I had taken them almost for a month by then. Recommendations- Please take them only for 5 to 6 days once daily. Leave these for a month and then again take it again in similar doses.
