I'm a soap and candle maker, and go through a lot of disposable pipettes in a month. I hate the plastic waste, so when I saw these I wanted to give them a try. They are a wonderful too and hold up to the caustic materials I work with. Also, the markings are fairly easy to read (although my old eyes can have a hard time with ".X" readings. I think it would be helpful to mark the fractional amounts with a zero in front (e.g., "0.X") so that it's a little easier to read. That's my only complaint though. These are great, come with little brushes for cleaning, and don't add to the plastic pile.

I use these to transfer concentrated essential oils and carrier oils into containers for mixing. They get the job done quite nicely. They are a touch difficult to clean, however, as the included brushes don't fit in the smaller pipettes. The packaging they were shipped in was adequate to protect them from breakage, but my 1ml still at a chip in the tip when it arrived. The rubber bulbs for the larger pipettes can be a little hard to put on at first. Overall this seems like a nice starter kit. Being made of glass, they have a rather nice, if delicate feel to them. I could see these being useful in settings such as chemistry classrooms as well as for use with essential oils. Perhaps even for application of food dyes.

Volumetric pipets used for HS lab environment. Came with multiple size volumes from 0.5 mL to 10 mL. Reasonably accurate for HS STEM classes. Was able to produce concentration accuracy to 99.93%. Bulbs included. Well packed. Need one per lab group.

These are the best! The suction is very good, like an old school turkey baster, you can control exactly how much fluid you want. It stays in the glass tube with no drips until you you're ready. I use these to measure my tincture into a glass of water every day, and have no mess. Cleaning them is a breeze, you can remove the bulb easily to get to the tube, and it doesn't effect the suction when put back together. I have been amazed with how well these work. I would highly recommend them.

all part of my part time job as a plant bartender (hydroponics), i go these to help increase accuracy with my feedings. they are accurate and high quality, cleaning is a breeze, when i need accuracy i use these, otherwise my plastic ones do an ok job.
