Just purchased this, I’m 32 waist, approx 36 chest so went for size S and it was snug but felt right. Only been out for a long walk wearing it and it certainly makes you sweat, though isn’t uncomfortable. Will try it on a run but no reason to believe it wont work and make me sweat more. Delivery was prompt and price was ok - Only lost a star because the fit at the top of the zip was a bit loose.

it was a tight fit ( expect they're intended to be).. I had to zip it up fully then slip it on and ease it down my body.. once on, it feels nice and snug as it should do.. as it's neoprene I dare say it would double up as a wetsuit top.. it would be interesting to try it like that.. I've a 52 inch chest and got it on..

The vest does the job. Once your wear it, u can already feel the burn and doing simple tasks like cycling around can get a good sweat. However, the size!! oh god. I purchased the size as per the guidelines and its big. Its loose around my chest and when i use it to run can create this uncomfortable nipple brushes. If it was a perfect fit, wouldnt have those uncomfrotableness. Please please check your size properly before you purchase it. Otherwise it will just be a waterproof, stretchy black gillet which tickles your nipples while you run.

I'm not sure how many calories this burns but it needs washing every time you wear it. I bought it for running. Works a treat for extra sweat appeal. I do not generally sweat a lot but in this I did. I wouldn't say it's much of a waist trainer though. Soft fabric and very comfortable to wear.

Its ok so far the size is a bit suspect it does not fit the back well as expected. Dont really like the idea of washing by hand everytime and drying in the British weather is no joke. Not that impressed so far with the use of it.

Dear sir, This vest has got some issues, all the stitching around shoulders and around ribs is falling out. I think I should get a free replacement. thank you.

This product definitely makes youSweat a lot more, not seen much result yet but only been using it few weeks, but would recommend getting the smallest size that will fit you ie if you’re a 2xl get 1xl.

First used today and have to say it does exactly what it says.I struggle with figuring which size to go for, so to help others out, the below are my measurements;Height: 6ft 2"Weight: 105kgWaist: 36"Chest: 43"I got the large and it fits perfectly around the chest and waist, and the overall length goes down to just above my hips.I highly advise getting one with the zip, as there is no way of getting this off after a training session without one!
