Great taste, great crunch, wish they were cheaper but I will buy them again.
This is one of my favorite chip flavors in general, and as usual, the flavor is solid and comes through well. The texture is not exactly like a potato chip (between a tortilla and potato?) but it is light and crunchy. They're not really strong enough for most dips. As a T2 diabetic, I really appreciate the carb count (but I hate "net carbs" which is marketing nonsense. Always go by total carbs). I do wish these weren't so expensive, but they're a much healthier snack option for diabetics, add a nice little boost of protein, and I will keep buying them (and looking for sales!).

Cheddar & Sour Cream chips that taste better than 4 net carbs
The Cheddar & Sour Cream Quest chips have a great flavor and only 4 net carbs. This is probably my favorite flavor after Ranch.

Consistency is excellent, mouth feel, just like potato chips without all the starch!

Not For Me
I ate a bag and gave the rest away. I think it was a good try but it was just too far off for me and they were incredibly salty to me. Probably wouldn't eat them again but I know plenty of people who swear by this brand and their chips. Just wasn't for me. Also, the chips got put in a box with other, unsecured, items and got kinda crushed. Was a bit disappointing. Has nothing to do with the brand or the product and everything to do with Amazon.

Great Snack!
These Quest Nutrition chips are a great alternative to potato chips that are higher in sugar and carbs. I often miss having potato chips and these provide an great snack while satisfying my dietary needs. I can grab and go with these individually wrapped bags. I love the cheddar and sour cream flavors as well as the other flavors these Quest chips.
