I love the transitional design of this faucet

The faucet is good--love the design and function. Three stars for two reasons: first it arrived damaged--the plastic inside one of the handles was sheared off. Delta sent out a replacement handle immediately, but it meant our plumber had to come back a second time. Second, the stopper pulls up at an angle. We didn't realize this until after the entire installation was compete and the stopper doesn't function because it is hitting the backsplash.

These are beautiful, but water spots do show, maybe because we have hard water. These are not your standard brushed gold. It is visibly duller than say, the Moen gold. Also, older houses (ours is 1993) will require additional parts for adaptation so best hire a plumber. Also, we ordered two sets and one arrived scratched. Thankfully was able to get a free replacement through Prime.

I was looking for brushed or unlacquered brass hardware for my bathroom in a sea of nickel and chrome. The unlacquered ones were prohibitively expensive. Enter the Delta Trinsic line-- the most affordable and most lovely option for people who are sick of nickel.I have a marble flower mosaic tile with bronze colored centers. And those centers pop beautifully with Delta Trinsic. Shoppers should know this is a small and delicate design. if you're looking for something substantial in your hand, this isn't for you. The handles aren't much thicker than a pencil. Once you get used to that, you'll like the change. And keep in mind, this is a very toned down, muted brass. It's excellent for mixing metals, and I think would be nice with black matte towel bars, etc.

Very nice item. Well finished. The fifth star would have been awarded but for the cheap, ineffective metal strap supplied to connect the pop-up drain with its actuator.

I was disappointed to find that this item was missing the grub screws and red/blue buttons meaning the faucets were not held in place and having to source parts from wholesalers.
