Is this compatible with the roland td-6v drum module?

It is. I know it because It's de drum module for which I bought it. As a mater of fact, I had little hopes it would work but it genuinely was "plug and play". You need a MIDI cable of course to link the drum module to the adapter.

Since this item discontinued. who else makes a midi adapter for rockband? thanks in advance

No one makes this adapter. The Rock Band developer no longer uses MIDI in their latest game, and the partnered manufacturer MadCatz went out of business years ago. You have to buy this secondhand.

not really for pro drums, the PS4 and PS5 have faster USB pooling speeds, these adapters are not fast enough for fast rolls. Search for a 'roll limitless adapter' for ps4
