Own Products Firming Silk Concentrate Serum, 1.0 Ounce

Horrible! I received this product yesterday. It is old and expired. The packaging is outdated from 2011. Three years ago!! The product was delivered after the date it should have arrived. I am soooooo disappointed!

I've just discovered Own products and although I've had great luck with the night moisturizing cream, this serum created more skin problems than it helped to solve. After several days of using it, my skin became even more dry and began to get flaky and made my make-up look awful. Once I stopped using the serum, though, the problems went away. I don't think this was made with dry skin in mind and may be suitable for those with oilier complexions. I am giving it two-stars instead of one, however, because it is natural and only contains four ingredients.

When first applying this product, it feels a bit oily or greasy. After about an hour, it absorbs in to the skin. I use 5 to 6 drops on my face each night. Nice product, I think it has helped with wrinkles and evening out my skin tone, and I would recommend it to a friend. I like the fact that it has few ingredients and isn't loaded up with ingredients I am trying to avoid.

This product is way too oily. It feels like baby oil. Would not purchase again. I thought it was going to be a serum. It just feels like pure oil.

This didn't do anything for my skin. My skin is really dry and it just seemed to make it dryer and I started to break out a little bit. I don't think it is a bad product, but it did not seem to benefit my skin type. I do like that it has minimal ingredients and no fragrance because for sensitive skin people that is important.

I got this stuff because I received it in a gift basket and I have to admit I think I like it so far. Mainly in the winter when my face wakes up as dry as the Sahara Desert. It looses my face up and let's me emote properly in the morning... which is crucial for my work.

I love this product!! It is a serum based on four simple ingredients. Since there is no water no preservatives are needed It has a super silky feel going on, and leaves your skin soft and smooth afterwards. It has made my skin feel incredibly smooth. It is firming feel without the drying tightness some other products give. It feels like it is actually doing long term good, as opposed to a temporary band-aid. Buy Buy Buy is my recommendation.
