Poor quality/ false advertising
Does not heat up like advertised and also does not charge/work anymore and I literally just charged/used it once so far. Very disappointing experience.

The suction doesn't work well and the device is really loud. It doesn't warm up like advertised

Just like a man, unreliable!
First it would turn on then I set it down it started on its own. I cannot get it to turn off.
