It’s a great idea but didn’t work for me.

Parenting pain relief! I searched online about the kind of pain I had and learned about different kinds of braces. Seemed I needed patella support and not a large brace. These did the trick, and it's great there are two. Even though I needed only one at a time, sometimes I've used both, and it's good to have a spare laying about. The only time there's a hint of discomfort is after a while, if it's on skin and not around clothing. The fastening can itch a bit, but it's easily adjustable so it's flush again and not sticking out. Now I can carry my baby longer and crawl after them with less worry.

I used this while I worked-out at the gym. When doing squats and dead-lifts, it DID help the patellar tendon handle the load, but only just. This is a 'you get what they pay for' product. There are better out there that cost more. The velcro is a bit weak, also. Not always a problem, but it has loosened 3 or 4 times over 3 months. If you need LIGHT support of the patellar tendon, even when exercising, this will work. If you spend more, you'll get a better functioning product. RECOMMEND, WITH CAVEATS.

I had knee issues throughout my adult life. Been using knee braces or a knee sleeves. I decided to get these patella straps to see if it would help me with the pain and discomfort of my knee, and it did the job! Better than any knee brace that I've used or knee sleeve that I've used it gives perfect support to the patella where most of my issues at I would recommend these straps

I bought these for my knee pain going up and down stairs, getting up from sitting etc. I have not been able to go downstairs at all for 5 weeks now and barely can up. I am using my other leg. I had high hopes this might help the pain but it did nothing whatsoever. It is useless.. I will be returning. I hope there is something out there that will help. I am in pt. but not much improvement so far. I have a previous torn meniscus in this knee and patellar cartilage deterioration in both knees. I just injured the ankle a few weeks ago on the offending leg as well.
