Product is good.but when I compared this product on several portals it seems less price on amazon.but thing is that once you place you order you don't know what accessories are provided with this water heater.once it delivered I get to know that there are no pipes,no three pin plug and no hoses are provided.so ultimately cost is increased by arround 300 rs.And one more addition, installation is to be done by our personal only as they are not providing installation expert/technician.so overall I paid nearly 800 rs apart from the price I paid.so I suggest that please check accessories and installation support before making an order.

Have today had installed this instant geyser from Racold. Yesterday, on their official website, I requested for installation service. Promptly, this afternoon, their technician came and installed the geyser! Amazing! No need to remind or chase. This is the kind of service that every customer wants! Now, I hope the performance is good! Better than the last brand of geyser I purchased! I have used Racold geysers in the past. They have been quite satisfactory!

Actually I took it for hard water and it work well. Plumber came to install it with extra charge of 250 Rs which is good deal. Plus other expenses like pipes and pully cost were extra around 600 rs. Overall its good.

Had a bad experience with Racold heater, pls dont buy1) Frequent issue with heating coil2) Due to Non Availability for spares, my heater is lying non operational for the past two months3) Unreliable and irresponsible service agentsStrongly recommend not to buy any Racold heaters

It is only the machine that gets delivered in the box. There are no Plug Sockets, Hot Water Hose that are provided inside the box. Its better to buy it from a repute brick and mortar stores.

Product is good . But no accessories were available in the box. No hoses etc. The electric cable is shorter. If you buy this from any appliance store near to you, they will peovide free installation and extended service support. This is cheaper for 200 - 300 rupees and you need to pay for accessories and installation, that cost around 600-700. Please think before booking. No benefits in ordering through Amazon.

Delivers hot water even when tap is running full and that to in monsoon when the water is really cold.
