This knife is similar in quality to other low price imports from China. Being made overseas isn't necessarily a bad thing if the specifications and quality control are managed by an established knife company.There are now dozens of factories that produce total junk. Then some company stamps a brand logo on them and tries to sell them online and at flea markets.This is one of "those" knives. It's actually a bit worse. When I open the knife the liner lock fails to engage more often than not. This is obviously dangerous.For the same cost you can get a way better knife from Kershaw, SOG, HK, Schrade, and many other credible brands.I'm surprised Uzi associated their name with this product.Sorry about the harsh review but it is well deserved.Follow-up review: I almost gave this knife away but it failed to lock 80% if the time. This is just plain dangerous. Especially given the fact that it’s not obvious whether the lock engages unless you look closely.I literally threw the knife in the trash bin. It’s just too hazardous to have around.Please don’t buy this knife.

Pocket clip is attached to the knife by the phony plastic glass breaker. This piece of plastic works loose very quickly, leaving the pocket clip almost useless. Once this happens there is no way to re-secure or re-tighten the pocket clip.The pocket clip should be attached by screws that can be tightened, like they are on every other pocket clip knife out there.This design is cheap and stupid.Other than that it's a good knife for the price.

Very cool knife, and I love the design, just fairly cheaply made for $20. You can get a nicer knife from Kershaw at this price, but I love the pocket deployment so I'll keep it. Had to return the first one to even get one that opened right.

I have bought several of these for myself and kin - this is an excellent knife.
