Worked perfectly
Telephone Brand Agar Agar Powder 25 g.x2 Pack Telephone Brand agar agar was recommended to me by a friend. I used it to make the Japanese jelly candy Kohakutou. The agar agar powder was easy to measure and it dissolved perfectly in my sugar and water mixture. I poured my liquid into a very lightly oiled gummy bear mold and refrigerated it for a few hours. It unmolded beautifully and we had a great new candy to try. I will definitely buy this again.

Great for mycology use
I’ve been using telephone brand agar since 2011 in my agar recipes. It’s great! The only thing better might be lab grade. I haven’t tried it. It’s expensive! This is a great value and you get high quality results!
