Telephone Brand Agar Agar Powder 25 g.x2 Pack Telephone Brand agar agar was recommended to me by a friend. I used it to make the Japanese jelly candy Kohakutou. The agar agar powder was easy to measure and it dissolved perfectly in my sugar and water mixture. I poured my liquid into a very lightly oiled gummy bear mold and refrigerated it for a few hours. It unmolded beautifully and we had a great new candy to try. I will definitely buy this again.

Ordered this for my wife cause she wanted to make different types of candy. She's happy with it. It took a while to get here but that's only cause we chose to have it shipped through Canada post. So, 5 stars for the item and only 1 for Canada post lol
