NO Wing Nuts + Rubber Washers Included
If you're using these for a Gravity system (not undercounter) they do NOT include the necessary "Universal" wingnuts or washers. You MUST have these to install in ProOne or Berkley systems. These CAN NOT be used in Gravity filters. This information was never provided.

Used for year. 1came broken - seller refused to fix issue.
** 1 filter was broken and seller refused to replace it** I have had this filter system for at least 20 years. The water tastes clean of chemicals. Easy to install new filter. Last about 3 to 4 months. What I like the most about this filter cartridge is made of ceramic so like running water over rocks to purify.
