Crystal Blue Natural Pond Cleaner - Muck and Sludge Remover, Safe for Koi - 1 Gallon

Bought this 3 years ago to help treat the duck weed and buildup in our 1/4 acre or so pond but never got around to using it. We finally applied it this spring, just as there started to be some duck weed and algae buildup. It took maybe a week or so to notice if it was doing anything, but now about 3 weeks later we are amazed at how clear our pond is. This product will not make your water that ornamental blue color (there is another product for that), so don't expect that. We didn't want it to have that color change, so this was a great product for us. I definitely plan to get another jug of this to have on hand for next year or if the buildup starts coming back as the weather gets hot. So far we are very impressed. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. We do have ducks that come around and nest as well as lots of frogs and tadpoles, and it hasn't seemed to bother them in the least.

Works great. We use it every year to rid our pond of the muck. We use it routinely to keep our pond clear.

It works.

We have a 1/4 acre pond that was 1/4 covered in duckweed. We applied this whole bottle and it did nothing. It’s been a week and still nothing. The duckweed has continued to grow and is now covering 80% of the pond. I’m disappointed

Worked good on a 1/4 acre pond. Was able to treat the water a couple of times and had good results (algae die & disappeared).

I think it is helping to clear the water but I don't see the muck getting better. I will stay with it to give it a fair chance. I say it is helping with clarity because I have a lot more weeds. I assume that's from increased sunlight

I haveca small backyard pond that was really murky and dark. I've tried a bunch of other products- more expensive ones and this one worked the best. It cleared it up w/i a day and has stayed clear for a week now w/o being retreated. I only used 1 cup and bought the gallon so it will last for a long time. Koi had no reaction to it and pond is crystal clear! Good stuff!

This actually works!! I was using Pondworx for years but this way better at keeping the water clear as well as eating up all the debris. I have .75 acre pond which is up to 20ft deep and one gallon of this made a noticeable difference within days. Using once a month now and even though the water is up to 85 degrees is nice and clear. I do use two large bubblers as well to keep the water moving. Yes it’s slightly more expensive but well worth it! 😁

This product does what it claims. We had algae building up in two separate areas of our pond, we used Crystal Clear and within two weeks the algae has gone and our pond has never been so clear and our pond fish are still alive I would highly recommend
