We bought this for our RV and use it at home as well. 2023 Update: We love it so much we are buying another one! Doesn't take up much counter space for an espresso machine, and makes great coffee and espresso. We don't use the milk steamer at all, which is why we went with the E6. We clean it regularly, use only distilled water, and fresh coffee beans they aren't super oily or sticky. The unit is still going strong after a year, no issues at all. We absolutely love it, and can't live without it! Perfect for our RV.

When I ordered this I was told I would get it by a certain date, but it was delayed by about two weeks because they ran out of the machine. But I was kept well informed as to when I would get it. It is a great machine. Makes great coffee and is easy to use. The instruction manual could be a little more informative though. I received all the other items as promised. They came separately and arrived well before the machine arrived. Over happy with the seller and the machine.

We had the Jura Micro 90 in the past, which gave us a lot of problems with leaking water etc.The Jura E6 was way easier to setup and use for the entire family. Like the flexibility in adjusting the coffee strength and amount of milk during the making process itself.Love it!!

Machine broke in less than a year. Tried to contact customer support and it took 5 days to reach an actual person because according to them they have been really busy and was told I had to wait like anyone else. They also will not replace the machine, want me to send back for repair and sit and wait for them to send back and they can't give me estimated return time because it just depends how busy they are. You would think for the cost of the machine it would last and the customer support would be great, neither are true. I will never buy another product from Jura at this point

This thing operates as advertised and it looks quite sleek. Eye candy and pretty good coffee to boot.
