Wheel Cleaner Plus

I have tried just about every wheel cleaner on the market. You name it I’ve tried it. Sonax is the best hands-down. Whether you’re cleaning high-end wheels, factory painted wheels or high polished wheels this stuff does the trick. And the best part it requires very little effort. Spray it on wait two minutes and spray it off. If you have wheels that have not been cleaned in a long time with heavy deposits, a little agitation with a detailing brush may be required. But nothing serious. This stuff is the real deal. I’m a fanatic about the cleanliness of my car and Sonax is the only thing I use. Don’t waste your money on anything else.

Best wheel cleaner I’ve tried, and I’ve gone through them all. I have an M340i that makes a ton of brake dust and nothing else has come close to cutting through the dust like this does. Spray it on, let it dwell for a minute (don’t let it dry) and it does most of the work on its own, but agitate it a little and the wheels come out looking new. Because it’s so effective you don’t need to drench the wheel, so the bottle actually lasts a while despite the price. Worth every penny.

I have a Mercedes GLE 450, and these German brakes just throw all kinds of break dust on the wheels. It builds up takes my nice shiny light gray wheels to a dark black. I wasn’t sure that this product was gonna work as well as everybody says it does, didn’t want to be a subject to marketing, but wow! This stuff works amazing. Don’t buy anything else, buy this. Right now.

I thought there was no way this would work and I was wrong. Sprayed on, let sit for a 4 minutes, went over my wheels quickly with a brush and then rinsed off with a garden hose. It cleaned all the inner brake dust, grime, etc from the wheel. Wheels look like new! My wheels are sort of a complicated shape. Areas that I missed with the brush and or hose (hard to reach parts) still had crud but the crud easily wiped off with a rag. Maybe if I had a power washer, I wouldn't experience this minor detail Yes it is expensive but if you want great results - this is what you want. Yes it smells sort of weird, not like it is a terrible smell. Worth it!

I am a German car "fanatic!" I have a restored/tuned VW MKIII Jetta 5speed. Dusty mauve. NGP Racing built 2.0. Tectonics everything. Owned it 31 years. Have spent $26,000 restoring it. Love Sonax products! Made in Germany. Of course! This wheel cleaner is amazing! The only problem: It went up $3.00 a bottle! That is crazy! I don't mind something going up a dollar but $3.00 for the same size bottle! Ridiculous! Not going to buy it. And I've used this stuff for a long time.

The best wheeler that I've found. BMW wheels need the best because of the brake dust.

I have bene using this on Factory Clear Coated painted Silver Porsche 911 wheel for a few years. I like that I know all the brake dust is gone when there is no longer any purple color change. Im very happy with the Sonax line pro products, and this was my first. It's very effective. I apply to color wheels, let it sit a bit, and rinse. I do use a brush for deep inside the wheels and a microfiber cloth and gloves on to clean the inside corners and behind the wheel spokes. The value is good for the first bottle, then I buy the big refill, which brings it to half the cost almost. So buy the bottle sprayer once and then get the refill.

I was looking for something that I could truly just spray on, let it dissolve grime and brake dust, and then rinse off without having to scrub. It works to a certain degree. But I still always end up having wipe or brush to get all of the dirt off my rims.

It’s nice and fast
