I have a double cabinet that is packed full of a litany of vitamins, minerals and herbals because I bought everything OTC under the sun to assist my body in overcoming my complaints (sluggish thyroid the first time then years later adrenal fatigue symptoms). It can really add up money-wise but if I had to start over tomorrow this would be number one in my cabinet in addition to carlson bison liver pills, Carlson cod liver oil and/or krill oil, and acerola vitamin c . Most other supplements I try to get directly from nutrient dense food (Garden of life raw meal replacement shakes and fresh green smoothies and quality eggs) and the liver and cod liver oil are actually food, just in handy supplement form. Even that might still seem excessive to people, but I have a history of IBS and nutritionally deficient food that I'm compensating for. I've been taking this for well over a year now and I had a healthy pregnancy and a healthy smart little cherub. I chose this multivitamin over the pre-natal vitamins I had before because the pre-natals made me queasy and constipated and frankly weren't as high quality. This is an incredible list of vitamins in very absorbable forms. I'm impressed with this product. The ingredients listed on the website for the 950 formulation are different than what's listed on the product bottle. I originally listed the website vitamin list but that included iron in the ingredients which is not present in this product. I love this brand. I regularly buy this Pure Encapsulation for Multi vitamins, DHEA and calcium. My normal source was out of stock, so I turned to Amazon's marketplace supplier to get my recent bottle. The capsules contain powder ingredients, it's not a hard pill. No difficulty taking the capsules and no upset stomach afterwards.

these work really well for me to pay that much they had better, but my pharmacist takes them and told me they where good and I agree with her but you do have to take 3 Tablets per day which I am use to now and worth it. so far pure supplements all have worked very well for me. I will add I did not start with 3 so it took longer to see the difference, I just wanted to make sure they did not upset my stomach and they didn't I did feel more strength as well.

This is a high quality vitamin and is hypoallergenic. I love that it is a capsule and not a tablet. Much easier to swallow. It does not make me nauseated if I take it on a somewhat empty stomach, although I always try to eat food before taking it. It is also recommended by the Whole30 authors, so that's a plus and lets you know it doesn't have any unwanted additives like dairy, soy, or starches. The addition of vitamin K is crucial and so great. I can basically take this vitamin and get the supplemental amounts I need of most nutrients. My only issue is with the fact that the bottle says a serving size is 3 capsules, but that you can take that twice a day, which is what is actually required to receive the amounts of vitamins I need. Six capsules a day is a lot. Also, it is stinky, which is kind of off- pitting, but not a big issue since the stink does not translate to nausea. I would love if it had iron in it, but I know many people do not need supplemental iron, so understand why it is not included Overall, an excellent multivitamin and mineral that meets my supplemental needs.

Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 with Vitamin K is a high quality vitamin. I have used this Pure Encapsulations vitamin for over 10 years. I have noticed a difference in hair growth and energy. It's easily digestible, as it is a soft, clear capsule with the fine ground vitamin inside the capsule. It can be opened and sprinkled on applesauce, etc- It does have a strong vitamin taste and smell, which is to be expected. Highly recommended.
