So I don’t have much to compare this to but it seems to do what it is supposed to and works well. I purchased the first one from the piercing studio and then these when it seemed to work. The price was cheaper than the studio but that makes sense since they want to make a profit on stuff like this too. It doesn’t have a scent, at least not one that I could smell. I didn’t see any other qualities or guarantees other than sanitize and clean which it did. No greasiness and very easy to wipe as I applied it.

I bought H2Ocean a week after I had two cartilage piercings and a nose piercing done. My ear had swelled up so badly that is was double it's normal size. I had been using a homemade Himalayan salt water wash that I used with previous piercings. The day my ear swelled, I ordered a can of H2Ocean and prayed it would help relieve the severe swelling. It arrived in a day and a half and I sprayed it on upon receipt. My ear swelling started reducing immediately. By day three it was back to normal! I also began using it on my nose piercing which had been healing perfectly. I decided to purchase another can of H2Ocean to have when my first can emptied, but they were out of stock. So I ordered two different highly rated organic aftercare products, one a spray with tea tree oil and another an oil to use on my nose so I wouldn't run out of the H2Ocean for my cartilage piercings. Well guess what? I received the other products and started using them on my nose piercing, and within three days I developed a piercing bump! I was horrified. So back to H2Ocean (and I immediately ordered the two pack that was available). The bump went down within four days! Do not use anything other than H2Ocean if you plan to have a quick and easy healing experience. I am sold on H2Ocean!!

AMAZING results!!!! Wish we had found this sooner. My daughter got her navel pierced 6 months ago and has had a terrible time with it. It hasn't gotten infected but had a lot of oozing, redness, crusties and "gunk" still coming out of the piercing consistently for the past 6 months. Went to 2 different tattoo/piercing places and they said it was fine and she just needed to continue doing salt water soaks - which were a pain (time consuming and she would forget). Found this on Amazon and decided to try it after reading some of the great reviews. All I can say is WOW! She only used it once or twice a day and by day 2 or 3, her navel looked completely healed and no more irritation. No more oozing, redness or gunk. She is continuing to use it a few times a day until the spray is gone (we bought 2 cans). She just sprays and lets it air dry. Sometimes a lot comes out and it "puddles" in her navel so she will sit a few minutes letting it soak. It is nice that it can be sprayed directly into the piercing. Wish all piecers would sell this to their clients after piercing.

I love the scent the ingredients is healthy, nice size,make your skin soft, also skin tone, and sturdiness.

Nothing compares, nothing heals piercings faster. This is really a godsend. I was trying out a different aftercare spray for my double lobe piercings and they just wouldn't heal, were sore on and off. Got this delivered a week ago (I knew it works after trying it previously) my piercings aren't sore for the last two days 😭😭 I forgot how good this was 10/10
