This thing falls flat and is very stable when assembled – it's design fits canned heat and mini alcohol stoves perfectly. All four sides provide and effective windscreen while allowing enough air to enter to promote a very hot flame. I have not used it for actual camping, but have tested it at home and it is a very nice unit– it doesn't weigh a lot and folds flat for easy storage in a backpack or a to go bag – the latter is my intended purpose since I don't camp anymore. I bought two of the units for two bug out bags – because, we could get separated and we'll both need to have something to cook on or provide heat for warming hands. I think my purchase was a good one and would recommend this item for those who are not concerned with having the absolute lightest thing on the market.

I like this, sometimes scared to use my gas stove, and this with the gel cans burn long and cook just fine and heats my water.

Folds flat, stores easily. When unfolded (no instructions but I found it easy to figure out) it was stable and held a small pot of water well. Tried it with Sterno canned heat and my Esbit alcohol stove - both worked very well.

This is a simple contraption and it works well enough. In a pinch, without other options, it will heat water, and probably cook what you need. Make sure you have time, though. The product itself seems sturdy enough and built well enough. I gave it three stars for what it does, or doesn't do. I used a small pot with a quart of water in it. I used a new fuel container. I gave up on boiling water after 45 minutes. This is okay, but really only a decent back-up to your back-up for cooking. I suppose it could be a primary device if you're packing small, but there are better and smaller products available. It's more about the fuel than this product though. It did what it was designed to do. It supported a cooking pot well and it holds the cooking fuel.

Good in case of emergency

I like to buy small silly things for camping when I shouldn’t and this is one of them. It’s a great flat pack stove intended for other things but it’s a great fit for a trangia burner which is what I bought it for.

Fuerte y pequeña, se quedará para una urgencia por apagón. Con un mechero de alcohol tienes una cocina de emergencia o camping funcional.

non funziona solo col combustibile Camp Heat per cui è stato studiato ma anche con i fornelletti a spirito, occupa poco spazio molto stabile e vi si puo mettere una padella da 22/24 cm di diametro consigliato

Its a stove top to settle pots and pans I use gas and a Metho burner that you can adjust only no napalm. This is the best one verry happy with this old model. Gas you need a mini burner fold in the legs and line for external gas it will work. Cheers.
