I had not! we have a small lamp in bedroom that sits on a dresser and you can see down into the lamp shade. It never looked BAD, but once I put thisligbht bulb in - it changed the look noticeably. **Q: Why are the bulbs flickering and flashing after being on for a minute?**
A: Sorry you are dealing with that.  I have had mine for almost 1 year (I have 20 of them) and I do not experience that.  Possibly wattage or you have another device using the same circuit the fixture is wired to.  I do know if I use my hair drier when the lights are on they dim.  That's my issue....same circuit so the power reduces.

**Q: Would these light bulbs be suitable for a 4 light bathroom fixture?**
A: I think they would look cool, but know the chrome dipped part completely redirects the light pattern

Loving this product in my bedside wall sconce lamps. Puts off a perfect warm glow. The gold bottom on the bulb keeps the light from shining directly into my face while laying in bed. Great quality and looks gorgeous too!
